If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if the product arrives damaged during shipping, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Please provide photos showing the issue, if applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you and do our best to provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Cases Eligible for Exchange or Refund
• You received a product different from the one you ordered.
• The product arrived damaged or has a clear defect upon delivery.
Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund
• The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• The product has no defect or issue.
• The product is not returned in its original condition.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank.
